Yoga & Meditation Offering

My offering is professional teaching and guidance to enhance your personal journey. I teach meditation and Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga. My intention for each class is that you learn and grow strong; that you enjoy yourself and most importantly that you create the habit of slowing down and connecting with yourself.


Yoga Classes

TwoFifty Square, Rathmines. Yoga class every Monday & Tuesday at 19.30, and yoga & coffee at 6.45 Wednesday morning. These are flow classes that begin with breathwork, moving into sun salutations & a challenging pose each week. All levels welcome. Read More.

Private Yoga Classes

Private and small group sessions. I can either come to your home or arrange for a private studio space. Private group sessions are great for a hen activity for the zen bride. I give a tailor-made class for the bride & hens (think 80s, 90s, power ballad yoga… guaranteed soulful fun). Contact Me.
