Return to the Wild – Yoga Retreat Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• Bookings for Return to the Wild (RTW) are made via the WeTravel platform.

• A €300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

• Payment can be made in your chosen currency via available options (e.g., bank transfer or card payment for Europe). Card payment fees apply.

• A service fee for the booking platform will be added to your payment.

You may choose to:

1. Pay the full amount in one payment, or

2. Follow a 3 x instalment payment plan:

   • €300 deposit upon booking

   • 50% of remaining balance due one month later

   • Final 50% due one month before the retreat

Your booking is confirmed once your deposit or full payment has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy

• The €300 deposit is non-refundable.

• To cancel, you must notify in writing to sarahshannonyoga@gmail.com.

Refund policy:

• 8+ weeks before retreat start date: Deposit is non-refundable.

• After any further balance payment: No refunds will be issued.

Wild & Free reserves the right to cancel the retreat under extenuating circumstances. If this occurs, registration fees will be reimbursed, but travel expenses will not be covered.

We strongly recommend securing travel insurance that includes medical coverage and cancellation protection.

3. COVID-19 Considerations

• If flights between your country and Portugal are restricted due to COVID-19, your deposit will be transferred to a later retreat.

• Other COVID-related cancellations are subject to the standard cancellation policy.

• Wild & Free does not assume responsibility for travel disruptions.
