What’s Included

  • A 5-minute welcome video outlining the six-week programme and my top tips for getting started

  • Six 45-minute yoga classes, each including breathwork, gentle warm-ups, mindful movement, and a deeply nourishing savasana

Each week focuses on a key pose or practice:

  • Week 1: Extended Leg Stretch – improve flexibility and ease lower-back tension

  • Week 2: Cat Cow – support posture, mobility, and emotional balance

  • Week 3: Downward Facing Dog – stretch spine, shoulders, and hamstrings

  • Week 4: Sunbird – build strength, balance, and core stability

  • Week 5: Cobra – open the chest, hips, and energise the body

  • Week 6: Meditation – cultivate presence, self-awareness, and self-compassion
